Directions:

From the Norwich ring road, head out of the city on the A1151 (Wroxham Road), towards the "Blue Boar" pub.

After about 3/4 of a mile, you will pass a small cluster of shops on the left.

Continue past these shops, for a further 500 yds, turning LEFT onto Church Lane, then turn immediately RIGHT into Aslake Close. You will find the Clinic at the end of the close.

The surgery is located on the ground floor with easy parking available for clients.
